2 Days Course IMPLEMENTATION

IT Service Management System Implementation Course serves as a key guidance for delegates who plan to implement quality and cost effectiveness of their IT service delivery by implementing an IT service management system based on ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011. 

Delegates learn to develop an implementation plan, Create the required documentation and processes, implement an IT service management system, able to support the integration of ISO/IEC 20000 with other management systems

2 Days Course INTERNAL AUDITOR

Internal Auditor Course helps delegates in understanding and planning and performing ISO 2000 audits. Delegates can conduct informal and closing meetings, process identification, sampling and questioning, & Report generation. 

Delegates on completion of this Course will be able to ensure that their organization’s IT service management system (ITSMS) is compliant with ISO/IEC 20000-1, and will develop the ability to prepare for third party audits

5 Days Course LEAD AUDITOR

Lead Auditor Course helps the delegates in understanding the principles and practices on independent auditing for IT service management system (ITSMS) and guides them through the entire audit process from managing an audit program to reporting on audit results. 

Lead Auditor Course provides delegates with the knowledge and skill to conduct and lead effective internal and external ITSMS audits. On completion of the Course delegates will be able to understand requirements of ISO/IEC 20000-1, plan and conduct an ISO/IEC 20000-1 audit & develop lead auditing expertise.
