2 Days Course IMPLEMENTATION

Course helps delegates in understand adapting the standard to manage the risks that threaten the smooth running of business and ensure its survival in the event of a disruption. They understand the key concepts of business continuity, they identify the main requirements of Societal Security Business Continuity Management System Delegates also learn and implement plan to ensure organization’s business doesn’t come to a standstill.

2 Days Course INTERNAL AUDITOR

Delegates learn to keep up with the latest developments in business continuity management and make sure organization stays ISO/IEC 22301:2012 compliant. Understand requirements within the context of an audit, making it easy to complete each stage of the internal audit process. Course will help delegates in identifying areas that need improving to achieve an effective business continuity management system in line with international practice 

After this course delegates will be able to plan, conduct and report on internal audit and recommend improvements to a business continuity management system

5 Days Course LEAD AUDITOR

Delegates can effectively understand purpose of a business continuity management system. They create successfully audit plan, conduct, and report and follow up business continuity management system audit in accordance with ISO/IEC 22301:2012. This course will develop the knowledge and skills required to lead a BCMS audit, with emphasis on independent auditing principles and practices. Lead by practical exercises, group activities and class discussions will be used to guide delegates through the entire audit process from the planning of the audit to reporting the results.
